Thanksgiving 08

We went to Nebraska for Thanksgiving like we always do.

Had a great time, but my camera batteries were dying so i only captured a few pics.

Madelyn loved this rocking horse at Aunt Barb's.
It sang a song "I'm a pretty pony clippity clap, clippity clap." (over and over and over again)
It's stuck in our heads for eternity!

"Oh I shouldn't have eaten all that Turkey!!!"

This little chair was a big hit. Maddie thought she was a big girl in it!

Pretty sunset from the plane on the way to Nebraska.
The pic is a bit blurry it was much prettier in real life.
Gettting home was an adventure. Some winter weather caused some ice to accumulate
on the plane so Uncle Chris safely landed us in Siloam Springs, where we waited for most of the afternoon until it cleared up. We got some pizza, saw the sights of the "big town" (haha), took some naps, saw the first snow of the season, then we finally made it safely home Sunday night. Thanks Captain Cook!!
