Update

We took lots of pictures outside on sunday. Been too long since we've had a photo shoot. I think some of them are pretty cute! I had a good subject to work with though!

Maddie is just becoming more and more of a little girl and not a baby these days. We really have fun with her. She is very talkative and silly. So far the terrible 2s have not been too terrible. She has meltdowns from time to time, but overall she's usually a joy.

We had her annual cardiac checkup recently. Everything looks good. No change from last yr. She still has a leaky pulmonary valve, as a result of the surgery, but it is mild and requires no intervention right now, and it may never progress. Her dr will just monitor it every yr.

All is well in the Jacobs' household, other than my awful spider bite that i've been trying to recover from for the past 2 wks! Its finally getting better after 2 antibiotics. Going to be a ugly scar on my leg though. Oh well!
