Partners in crime

Do these two look guilty or what? This is
after i scolded them both for a "cookie incident". We have a food stealing problem
in our house. Hannah is a cookie thief. Madelyn thinks it's funny
when Hannah steals her food from her hands so its a never
ending battle.
