Fixing a broken heart.

We were told Madelyn would need her heart surgery sooner than expected when she was around 2 1/2 months old. We were planning for it to happen at 6months. Shocking and scary but we knew it was for the best to just get it over with and get on with a healthy life for her. The surgery was over 6 hours of long nervous waiting for us. It went fine and her heart was totally repaired. She should not require any other surgery in her life. Recovery was 10 days at AR Children's Hospital. She was a trooper! She had so many prayers being said for her and they worked!
