Christmas Eve was much like Halloween for Maddie. So much anticipation, and then she was sick. She had a 102 fever, a sore throat, and just seemed miserable. A lot of napping, some Tylenol, and presents made her feel a little better.
We started talking about opening presents and she pepped up a little.

Oooh, a dress up set from Jami and Chris. Perfect (she has worn a piece from this set every day since Christmas.) It came with some of those plastic clunky dress up shoes. Every little girl remembers those! Classic! (My hardwood floors forgive you, Jami and Chris!)
